Biography
Alexandra Meany is an Assistant Professor of English at Louisiana State University. She received her Ph.D. at the University of Washington and she specializes in 20th and 21st-century Multi-Ethnic U.S. Literature and the Urban Humanities. Her research is interested in how the U.S. city produces ideas about race. She is currently working on a book project that examines processes of urban removal and spatial contest in post-1945 Multi-Ethnic literature.
