The Employee Relations section of Human Resource Management is dedicated to enhancing a quality working environment for all LSU employees by encouraging positive communication amongst departments. Employee Relations also provides avenues for conflict resolution and other matters in accordance with LSU’s policy statements and state and federal laws, including the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA).
