Small Weddings


Weddings and Receptions:

Couples are welcome to have their wedding and reception or only their reception at Hilltop. For details see Facility Rental.

Small wedding only rentals:

We allow small weddings on the open-air pavilion. These events must adhere to the following guidelines:

  • It must be for a wedding only.
  • The entire wedding attendance is limited to 30 people (couple, officiant, attendants, guests, photographer, etc.) – no exceptions.
  • The rate for facility use is $250/hr with a 1 hour minimum. Rental time includes any time needed for set up, the wedding, and take down.
  • Renter may use Hilltop's tables and chairs. Renter is responsible for all set up and take down.
  • The pavilion will be reserved for your wedding, the grounds will still be open to the public.  A Hilltop Representative will be on-site during your rental time.
  • Amplified music is not allowed.
  • Smoking is not permitted.
  • You are required to schedule your wedding in advance. Payment is to be received at the time of booking.
