2018-2019 Graduate Council Meeting Information
The Graduate Council generally meets at least once a month during the academic year. It does not normally meet during vacations or during the summer. The time and place of the meetings are determined each semester to accommodate the schedules of the Council members. A quorum (simple majority of current membership) is required for all Council and subcommittee votes. Some votes may be conducted by email, if a majority of the Council approves such a ballot.
To have an item placed on the agenda, please email your request(s) to the Executive Committee at firstname.lastname@example.org. Submissions must be made at least one week prior to the date of the meeting you are requesting to attend. Any items submitted within one week of the meeting will be placed on the agenda of the next scheduled meeting.
Most actions of the Graduate Council are part of a public record and as such, the minutes of each meeting, after approval by the Council and redaction of any personnel issues, are publicly available below. Minutes from past meetings can be found in the Meeting Archive.
