CIAC Board of Directors Commences New Year
BATON ROUGE, LA – The LSU Construction Industry Advisory Council (CIAC) recently convened for the first meeting of its Board of Directors. The board bid farewell to two long-serving members, Kathy Trahan of Alliance Safety Council and Ken Naquin of the Louisiana AGC, and welcomed new member of the board, Michael Demouy of Louisiana AGC.
The 2018- 2019 Board of Directors are:

The CIAC was established in 1997 to help build LSU's Bert S. Turner Department of
Construction Management into the premier training ground for construction managers.
From socials to skills training, the CIAC involves students well before graduation
with programs that give them the skill sets they need to make a real impact as soon
as they enter the work force. Cooperative work programs include: a mentoring program,
interviewing skills workshop, networking opportunities, and field trips. For more
