Milestones for EDI Training:

Development of Shared Values and Vision/ Strategic Equity and Inclusion Plan for the School of Theatre.
As a result of this process, the School of Theatre will have created an outline that shapes the ED&I shared analysis and art-making processes. This can be used as a guiding document for class planning, casting, hiring, student development, and throughout community engagement initiatives. The document can also serve as an ongoing accountability measure.

Creation of affinity groups/ work groups/ forums to support increased Equity and Inclusion
This process and continued development will ensure the integrity of an ED&I strategic plan that will set a standard and public acknowledgment of this process. Through the transparency of the plan and shared values, the academic community will be empowered to uphold the standards of increased equity and inclusion.
