Dr. Sunyoung Park, Assistant Professor, has recently published several different articles pertaining to Human Resource and Leadership Development in various conditions.

 

The first published article is about HRD efforts and employees’ attitudes in Journal of Management and Organization. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationships among human resource development (HRD) efforts, top management support, and employees’ attitudes (job satisfaction and organizational commitment) in the Korean context.

And her most recent article is about work engagement in nonprofit organizations in Human Resource Development Review. The purpose of this research is to develop a conceptual model of the work engagement of paid workers in nonprofit organizations by identifying its antecedents and outcomes discussed in the literature.

About Dr. Sunyoung Park

Dr. Park received her PhD from the University of Minnesota in Human Resource Development (HRD). Her research interests concern organizational culture and behavior, learning and performance in the workplace, leadership, and research trends in HRD and related fields. Her teaching focuses on the fields of instructional design, performance analysis, training and development, and research methods.
