Dr. Park presents at Academic of Management conference

Dr. Park received award


Dr. Sunyoung Park, Assistant Professor in the School of Leadership and Human Resource Development (SLHRD), recently attended the 77th Annual Meeting of the Academy of Management in Atlanta, GA. 

At the Academic of Management (AOM) conference, Dr. Park presented a research paper related to supervisor support for training and employees’ motivation and job performance.

She also facilitated the professional development workshop (Teaching with Television Media) for management educators.

Through this workshop, she received the Best Professional Development Workshop Award from Management Education and Development (MED) Division sponsored by Asscociazione Italiana per La Formazione Manageriale (ASFOR).
