LSU College of Human Sciences & Education to recognize honorees at 2015 Awards Banquet

The LSU College of Human Sciences & Education is pleased to announce their 2015 Awards Banquet recipients, who include Louisiana’s 90-year-old Olympic Gold Medalist, a social network mapping analyst aiding to reduce Baton Rouge’s violent crime rate, the founder, author, and president of the Sunshine Foundation, and others.

The CHSE Awards Banquet will celebrate the best and brightest associates of the college who have demonstrated excellence in their respective careers and will also recognize school partners who help the college positively impact our community.

Every spring, this awards banquet recognizes and celebrates our honorees for the significant contributions they have made to LSU and the extended community. Recipients exemplify the mission of CHSE to address complex human issues and policy decisions facing Louisiana and the nation through their gifts, talents, and time.

The ceremony will be held on Tuesday, April 14, 2015 at 6 p.m. at the Stadium Club South in LSU Tiger Stadium. Individual tickets are $50 and LSU CHSE faculty, staff, and student tickets are $30,
