College of the Coast & Environment Fall 2018 Graduation Ceremony

LSU’s College of the Coast & Environment, or CC&E, is a place where students can sharpen their intellect, hone skills that will contribute to their professional development, and earn a degree that will last a lifetime. On December 15, the college conferred degrees upon 18 undergraduates, three graduate students, and two doctoral candidates.

This fall’s graduating class was comprised of several highly-accomplished student leaders, including a State of the Coast Conference competition winner, an LSU Discover Scholar, a University Student Leadership Cabinet member, and a researcher whose thesis contributes to the Coastal Protection and Restoration Authority’s planned sediment diversion into Barataria Bay.

Our award-winning faculty prepare tomorrow’s scientists, professionals, leaders, and policy-makers for success. And, we look forward to seeing all our graduates advance into their careers and futures. Congratulations to our Fall 2018 graduates!
