LSU Math Circle Competition Team
The LSU Math Circle Competition Team (MCCT) provides opportunities for 7th-12th grade students to practice and participate in regional and national mathematics competitions. In addition to holding weekly practice sessions during the school year, MCCT also coordinates and leads students on competitions around the nation and hosts the AMC, AIME, and Purple Comet Math Meet.
MCCT is a joint collaboration between the LSU Department of Mathematics and the LSU Gordon A. Cain Center.
Weekly practices are held on Sundays throughout the academic year from 12:00p.m. - 3:30p.m.
