SEI Offers Bootcamp for Entrepreneurs

The LSU Stephenson Entrepreneurship Institute (SEI) will hold the 2021 Bootcamp for Entrepreneurs from July 24 - August 28, 2021, at the Southern University Law Center. This joint initiative of SEI and the City of Baton Rouge consists of a six-week training program and follow-up consulting projects for local disadvantaged entrepreneurs.

Stephenson Entrepreneur Fellows Spring 2021 Cohort Announced

BATON ROUGE - The Stephenson Department of Entrepreneurship & Information Systems offers the Entrepreneurship Fellows Program to grow a stream of talented entrepreneurs willing to start new businesses and innovate within existing ones. The program fosters entrepreneurial-minded students by providing an intensive, high-quality educational experience to a select cohort of undergraduate and graduate students at LSU, regardless of their major. Any LSU student may apply, and fellows are chosen through a competitive application process.

Family invests in LSU student entrepreneurs through endowment to support J Terrell Brown Venture Challenge

The LSU E. J. Ourso College of Business is pleased to announce a generous gift to support entrepreneurship made in honor of alumnus J Terrell Brown Sr. of Baton Rouge. The endowment will provide ongoing funding for the newly renamed J Terrell Brown Venture Challenge, a student competition through which winners receive capital for new business ideas.

Revibe Music is Ready to Launch

The Revibe Music app launched to the public February 29, 2020. It is available first on Apple's TestFlight and should be available on the app store in March. Revibe Music is currently only available on iOS and works best with a premium Spotify subscription.
