MSA Program

No. Due to the intensity of the full-time, 1 year program, MSA students are strongly urged not to work. Part-time students are permitted to have outside employment.

Admissions
Only for the online version. The on-campus MSA program at LSU begins in the summer. We do not accept student to begin in the fall or spring semesters.
Yes, the LSU Graduate School requires a graduate exam score. We will accept either the GRE or GMAT.
There in not an official minimum score required to apply. However, the average GRE and GMAT scores accepted are around 315 and 640 respectively.
You need to submit your test scores to the LSU Graduate School. The ETS code is 6373.
Zero. An undergraduate GPA of 3.0 does not meet the LSU Graduate School's requirements for admission.
The deadline for US citizens and permanent residents is April 15. The deadline for international students is earlier, December 15. For the online program please visit the graduate school’s site.
The LSU Graduate School will accept either TOEFL or IELTS scores.
The LSU Graduate School requires a minimum score of 79 on the internet based TOEFL exam or 6.5 on the IELTS.

Tuition and Financial Aid
Tuition and fee information is available from the Office of Planning and Budget. Because tuition and fee rates are set during the summer for the next academic year
beginning in the fall, the rates will likely be published after you arrived at LSU
and begin your course work. By law they can’t increase by more than 10%. The Full
Time MSA program includes 9 credit hours in the summer, 15 credit hours in the fall,
and 12 credit hours in the spring. The Part Time program is dependent upon student
workload. The online program cost is listed on the LSU Online page.
