Jean McGuire accepts seat on Journal Editorial Board

BATON ROUGE – Jean McGuire, PhD, the William W. Rucks IV Endowed Chair and Professor of Management and department chair and professor, Rucks Department of Management, has accepted an invitation to join the editorial board of Corporate Governance: An International Review (CGIR).

“I am very pleased to be invited to the editorial board of Corporate Governance: an International Review,” said McGuire. “Since a major focus of my research is corporate governance, I am looking forward to promoting cutting-edge research on this important subject. In addition to its theoretical importance, an understanding of effective corporate governance practices has significant practical implications.”

CGIR is a leading venue for high-quality interdisciplinary research on corporate governance related issues, publishing high-quality cutting-edge research on all relevant subjects of corporate governance throughout the global economy. Corporate Governance: An International Review is a peer-reviewed academic journal published six times a year by Wiley-Blackwell.
