Management Major Receives 2018 LSU Alumni Association International Student Scholarship

BATON ROUGE – Chris-Annie Joseph, a senior management major in the LSU E. J. Ourso College of Business, was awarded a 2018 LSU Alumni Association International Student Scholarship during the International Fusion celebration held Friday, March 23.

The scholarship, a $2,500 one-time cash award, was established in 2015 to recognize outstanding international students demonstrating high academic achievement, leadership, diversity and global engagement.

Joseph is a 2017-2018 Rucks Fellow, an honor given to senior management majors with a grade-point average in the top 10 of all graduating seniors. She is the vice president of merit for the Society for Human Resource Management and the president of the Bridge Campus Ministry. Joseph was part of a team that represented LSU at the National Diversity Case Competition in January. She works in the human resources office of the Department of Children and Family Services. Joseph is from Haiti.
