Masters Programs Maintain Top-20 Rankings by Eduniversal
July 10, 2018
BATON ROUGE – Eduniversal’s newest best masters rankings place the LSU E. J. Ourso
College of Business’ Master of Science in Finance and Master of Public Administration
programs 11th and 12th, respectively, among public colleges and universities in the
United States.
The MS in Finance was ranked in the “Best Masters Ranking in Corporate Finance” category and the MPA program in the “Best Masters Ranking in Public Administration/Management.”
This is the seventh annual edition of these rankings, which rate 4,000 masters programs
for 30 majors across the world.
“The Eduniversal rankings speak to the quality and rigor of our MS program in finance,” said Rajesh Narayanan, chair of the LSU Department of Finance. “The rankings are a testament to the caliber of students, the commitment of the faculty and the alumni support associated with the program.”
“LSU offers outstanding graduate education in public administration and public policy,” said Jared Llorens, director of the LSU Public Administration Institute. “Recognition from Eduniversal and success stories from our MPA alumni indicate we are on the right path. It is our privilege and our passion to prepare students for careers in public service.”
Eduniversal’s rankings are based on three criteria:
- The reputation of the program.
- The career prospects and the salary level of the first employment after graduation.
- The satisfaction feedback of the students.
