BATON ROUGE – LSU E. J. Ourso College of Business alumnus Phil Adra, CFP, CPA, CLU and CLTC, was recently honored with membership in Northwestern Mutual’s 2018 Forum Group. Members of this elite group are recognized for their commitment to helping clients achieve financial security.

Adra is affiliated with the Goodwin, Wright Network Office based in Atlanta. The two-time LSU graduate holds an undergraduate degree in finance and master’s in accounting.

Forum award qualifiers represent the top segment of Northwestern Mutual’s industry-leading financial representatives; only 5 percent of more than 6,000 financial representatives receive this recognition. This is Adra’s first time to receive the Forum honor. Adra and other Atlanta-based recipients will be recognized at a leadership conference in November.

A devoted supporter of the E. J. Ourso College, Adra will host the inaugural gathering for Atlanta-area business graduates on August 21. During the reception, Dean Richard White Jr. will share his vision for the future.
