BATON ROUGE – LSU E. J. Ourso College of Business alumnus Robert “Bobby” J. Crifasi, general manager of New Orleans Country Club, was elected president of the Club Managers Association of America (CMAA) Board of Directors at its 91st World Conference on Club Management.

Crifasi graduated from the E. J. Ourso College of Business with a BS in accounting in 1981. He previously served as vice president of CMAA and was first elected to the board in 2013. 
 
New Orleans Country Club has employed Crifasi since 1988. He previously served as the club’s outside auditor. Crifasi became a member of CMAA in 1991 and has served on many national committees.  
 
Crifasi is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Louisiana State Society of CPAs.
 
As president of the CMAA Board of Directors, Crifasi will lead the 13-member board as they work with members, allied associations, and partners to further the profession of club management.
