PAISA Symposium Focuses on Non-Profits and Lobbying in Healthcare

BATON ROUGE – The Public Administration Institute Student Association will host a symposium on “The Role of Non-Profits and Lobbying in the Healthcare Field” on Wednesday, Nov. 8, from 4:30-6 p.m. in room 1620 of the LSU E. J. Ourso College of Business Education Complex.
The event is open to the public and refreshments will be served.
Speakers at the event include:
- Sean Prados – principal, Prados & Associates
- Suzy Sonnier – executive director of the Baton Rouge Health District
- Kyle Viator – director of plan operations and administration at AmeriHealth Caritas
- Kelly Viator – emeritus director of the ALS Association Louisiana-Mississippi Chapter
PAISA is a professional student organization for students in the public administration program. It provides professional and social activities for students to meet with professional public administrators and political leaders, as well as enhances student-faculty relations. PAISA also provides information regarding career opportunities in the field of public administration.
