BATON ROUGE – The LSU Flores MBA Association recently hosted its second annual charity gala. The event benefited the freestanding Our Lady of the Lake Children’s Hospital and raised $4,500.

Approximately 125 guests, including LSU faculty, staff, students and community members attended the event, which was sponsored by Albemarle, Central Communications and Southern Oaks Athletic Club.

“The hard work and commitment of the LSU Flores MBA Association shined the night of its event,” said Savannah Murrell, event specialist at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center. “The Our Lady of the Lake Children’s Hospital is so thankful for the association’s dedication to improve the lives and health care of our kids. We had an amazing time hosting these students and can’t wait to continue the partnership with the Flores MBAA.”
