2016 Louisiana Looking Up Event on Nov. 17

BATON ROUGE – The LSU Flores MBA Alumni Association, in conjunction with the LSU E. J. Ourso College of Business, will host Louisiana Looking Up on Thursday, Nov. 17.
The annual event has been held since 2004 and celebrates entrepreneurship in Louisiana.
Funds raised from the event support the education of LSU Flores MBA students.
Tim Barfield, president of CSRS Inc., will be the keynote speaker. Other speakers include:
- Melissa Campesi, chief executive officer of LCTA Workers Compensation
- Mo Vij, founder and CEO of General Informatics
- Dr. Takeisha Charles Davis, president and CEO of New Orleans East Hospital
- Byron C. Clayton, president and CEO of NexusLA
Graham Ulkins, reporter and morning show anchor with WAFB in Baton Rouge, will serve
Registration for the event will begin at 1 p.m. and the program will start at 1:30 p.m. A reception will follow from 4:30 p.m. until 5:30 p.m. Cost of admission is $50 for general public, $25 for LSU Flores MBA Alumni Association members and $10 for LSU Flores MBA Program students.
