Strategic Management Journal Accepts Greckhamer’s Paper

BATON ROUGE – Thomas Greckhamer, associate professor in the E. J. Ourso College of Business Rucks Department of Management, recently authored a paper accepted by the Strategic Management Journal.
“CEO Compensation in Relation to Worker Compensation Across Countries: The Configurational Impact of Country-level Institutions” explores how key country-level institutions in combination shape CEO and worker compensation, as well as the resulting pay differentials between CEOs and workers across countries.
“As the author of the article, I am very pleased to have my research published in the Strategic Management Journal, which is the premier journal for research in strategic management in the world and is one of the most prestigious journals for management and business research,” Greckhamer said. “It is very encouraging to have my research published in such a selective and internationally established journal as SMJ.”
The Strategic Management Journal (SMJ), founded in 1980, is the world’s leading mass impact journal for research in strategic management. The SMJ publishes papers that are selected through a rigorous double-blind review process.
The Rucks Department of Management at LSU’s E. J.
