Admissions Requirements
- Complete the online graduate school application.
- Pay the $50 application fee to the graduate school ($70 for international students).
- In addition, JD/MBA candidates must also apply to the Paul M. Hebert Law Center.
- Application deadline for the Fall 2022 semester:
One-year: April 18, 2022; Two-year: May 15, 2022. (Applications received after deadlines will be considered on a rolling basis.)

Requirement | Description |

GPA | 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale* |
GMAT or GRE | Candidates must submit a GRE/GMAT score for a GPA less than 3.0. Scholarship and graduate assistantship consideration tied to GRE/GMAT performance. |
Work Experience | Not required; two years preferred |
Letters of Reference | Two letters of recommendation: Preferably from past/current employers or professors. |
Essay | Provide a personal statement that includes how an MBA will position you for future career development and personal growth. Include any unique attributes and/or life experiences that may distinguish you from other candidates, and how your participation in the program will help enhance the learning environment. |
Resume | Professional resume |
Interview | All full-time applicants must submit a video response to specific interview questions in the application. |
Residency | Full-time residency required |
*For applicants not meeting the minimum GPA requirements, the MBA admissions committee may consider strong GMAT or GRE scores, significant work experience, graduate level transcripts, and/or official professional designation or certification.
