Lance Dardis
Senior Managing Director

Dardis is a senior managing director in Evercore’s Oil and Gas Acquisition and Divestiture advisory business and a leading advisor to exploration and production companies with a specific focus on oil and gas acquisition and divestiture transactions. He has more than 10 years of investment banking experience, most recently serving as a director at Scotia Waterous, where he was responsible for managing client relationships and leading deal teams involving acquisitions and divestitures for exploration and production clients. Since joining Evercore, Dardis has advised companies such as Linn Energy, Midstates Petroleum, EP Energy, Panther Energy, Cabot Oil and Gas, and Carrizo Oil and Gas – among others – on transactions involving more than $10 billion of oil and gas assets. Dardis received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Louisiana State University in 1997 and an MBA from The University of Texas at Austin.

Jordan Marye
Denham Capital

Marye is a partner at Denham Capital Management LP. He co-leads the firm’s Oil & Gas investment effort and is responsible for management, origination, analysis, structuring, and execution of investments for the O&G Deal Team. He is also a member of the Fund Investment and Valuation Committees and brings more than 11 years of energy experience to the firm. Prior to joining Denham, Marye was an analyst in the Global Energy Group of UBS Investment Bank and a consultant in the Energy Practice of Huron Consulting Group. He received a Bachelor of Science in Finance from LSU in 2003.

Patrick McWilliams
Managing Director
J.P. Morgan Securities

McWilliams has served with JPMorgan Chase since 2012 and currently leads the commercial banking coverage of the top regional, energy-focused, private equity sponsors. His background includes 15 years focused on energy finance for upstream oil, gas, and power companies. In his previous role, McWilliams launched the MM Oil & Gas Finance practice at JPMorgan Chase with the goal of providing debt capital and other financial services to privately owned E&P companies. He received a Bachelor of Science in Finance from LSU in 2000.
