Hall of Distinction | LSU E. J. Ourso College of Business

Hall of Distinction

About the Hall of Distinction

The LSU E. J. Ourso College of Business has long been at the forefront of producing leaders who make significant contributions to the areas of business, academia, government, and the community at large. Alumni, emeritus faculty, and friends of the college who have a strong association with the college and have distinguished themselves through their professional and civic achievements are considered annually for the Hall of Distinction.

Well before the formal establishment of the E. J. Ourso College in 1928, students attending LSU with aspirations of business endeavors were taught the basic principles of business necessary to succeed. Such successes established the foundation that later alumni would utilize to achieve their goals. Since 1996, the E. J. Ourso College has honored these ambassadors of LSU and the college through induction into the Hall of Distinction.
