Priority Scheduling in the Union- February 1- February 28, 2019

Event Management & Union Theater will begin accepting scheduling requests beginning February 1st for events taking place June 1, 2019 - May 30, 2020. Please complete the new Priority Scheduling Request form at lsu.edu/as throughout the month of February for consideration. Should you have questions or would like help completing your Priority Scheduling Request forms, we invite you to visit us during our Open Office Hours. 2019 LSU Spring Graduation Fair- February 6 & 7

The 2019 LSU Spring Grad Fair will be held on Wednesday, February 6 & Thursday, February 7, 2019 from 10:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. daily! It is a one stop shop for all degree candidates to order their class rings, purchase their cap & gown, order announcement card, get their official graduation picture taken and more! The LSU Spring Grad Fair will take place on the 2nd floor of the Barnes & Noble Bookstore at LSU. During this two-day event, you will be able to: Order your Official LSU Personalized Graduation Announcements! Announcements must be paid in full at the time of order. Credit cards, debit cards and personal checks are the only accepted methods of payment. Purchase your Custom LSU Cap and Gown! We need your help naming this space! Throughout January, email suggestions to uas@lsu.edu and it will go to student vote via TigerLink in February! Suggestions cannot include the names of people and must be appropriate for Tigers of all ages.

Calling All Student Artists! Register for the 2019 Student Art Show Today!

Calling All Student Artists! Register for the 2019 Student Art Show Today! The LSU Student Union Art Gallery will host the 2019 LSU Student Art Show, February 4- March 15, 2019. All LSU Students, regardless of major, are invited to submit entries to the 2019 LSU Student Art Show. The student-named exhibition will invite the public to browse the students works of art which in the past has span drawing, printmaking, photography, painting, sculpture and more. Students are encouraged to submit their best work to be viewed by enthusiastic members of the LSU and Baton Rouge. LSU Students can register online Monday, January 7- Thursday, January 31, 2019. The show is open to all part-time and full-time undergraduate and graduate LSU students. A limit of three (3) art entries will be accepted to the competition. Click on Registration Link Here!
