About Heart of Hospice:

Heart of Hospice was formed in 2007 with the goal of providing comfort and support to patients and their families as they face life-limiting illnesses. Their flagship location opened in Lafayette, LA and since then has grown to include twelve agencies throughout Arkansas, Louisiana, and Mississippi.

The company achieved this through the hard work and dedication of their employees and the culture of customer service that exists throughout the entire organization. “Our success and longevity is due to our people. Our staff works tirelessly to care for the more than 700 patients and their families we have on services. It is because of them, we are able to celebrate this major milestone,” states Carla Davis, CEO of Heart of Hospice.

The company has dedicated itself to a decade of providing patients and their families with the highest quality care at end-of-life. Their continual commitment to regulatory compliance, quality metrics, and employee education reflects their desire to be an industry leader for the communities they serve. “In 2017, we looked at where we started, what we have achieved, and what our plans are for the future,” said Cindy Frazier, the CCO of Heart of Hospice and an employee of the company for ten years. “We see the next decade as a time of service expansion, refining our care, and evolving to meet the needs of our patients.”

United by the company’s core values of faith, excellence, compassion, respect, and integrity, Heart of Hospice strives to fulfill their vision of transforming end-of-life care in the communities they serve. Because of this, the company has accomplished a decade of steady growth.

We believe all hospice eligible patients and those who love them deserve the best care at the end of life.  Our mission is simple: to serve all patients and their loved ones the way they desire to be served.
