Current Exhibit - History of Places
September 27- October 25, 2018
Place can be defined with either a rigid definition but also place can often be so much more then that, such as a feeling or an emotion as well as a period of time. Understanding place helps to foster connections within the individual and the community at large. The History of Places Art Exhibit features School of Art Graduate students Chris Burns, Emery Kate Tillman, Clare Samani and Luke Atkinson. Each artist that is represented in this exhibition has their own definition of place in their work whether it is through a love story, a football field, or articles of clothing. The artists know the importance of a place.
The exhibit if free and everyone is welcome!
