Future Accessibility Communications
In the future, email communications regarding accessibility training and website remediation steps will be sent through the university’s new email manager tool, Omni Email Campaign Manager. The “from” address may appear as:
Strategic Communications <firstname.lastname@example.org>; on behalf of; Strategic Communications <email@example.com>
Please add these email addresses to your address book to reduce the chance that important messages are sent to your junk or spam folders.
The Online Accessibility Working Group is offering training sessions regarding online accessibility in OU Campus and WordPress. All OU Campus and Wordpress users are required to attend online accessibility training.
If you have already attended an accessibility training session, you do not need to take any additional action; your training has been documented. If you have already registered for a training session, you will receive an event reminder the week prior to the session.
If you have not yet attended or registered for an accessibility training session, please register at http://lsu.edu/accessibility/training/.
Failure to attend a training session will result in loss of access and/or delayed publishing. If you cannot attend one of the sessions, please contact the Division of Strategic Communications at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Trainings will be held in Frey 206/207.
