The Faculty Technology Center has released its spring Training Catalog. Trainings include Creating Accessible Documents, Moodle 3 - Basic and Beyond, Creating and Administering Online Surveys Using Qualtrics and Turning Point Student Response System.

Creating Accessible Documents

In these hands-on workshops, participants will gain a basic understanding of the structure and elements that are required to create an accessible Word, Power Point, and Spreadsheets, as well as how to run the Microsoft Accessibility Checker. There will also be a short lab at the end of the presentation to practice these techniques.

Creating and Administering Online Surveys Using Qualtrics

Qualtrics is a web-based survey software tool that offers a wide array of question types, a well-designed survey development interface, and a powerful reporting engine. In this hands-on workshop, attendees will be given an overview of Qualtrics, along with tips and best practices of survey creation and administration.

Qualtrics: Advanced Survey Building

This is an advanced level workshop. Prior experience survey building experience in Qualtrics or attendance at beginner’s workshop is required. In this advanced workshop, attendees will learn advanced survey flow and features to further customize their survey.
