Job Description: Full or part-time veterinarian.  Seven year old, small animal practice is looking for a new associate, new graduates welcome.  Our current associate of three years is leaving to care for his increasingly infirm parents.  Any description I provide will likely pale in comparison to the others listed which tout how special their own practice is.  Yes, my practice is special.  The workers are fun and all who work here are a little goofy.  You have to have a sense of humor amidst the bodily fluids and pet/owner personalities.  The clinic is an active participant in Jefferson Parish's Fix A Feline program and, as such, we spay/neuter a LOT of ferals.  We currently have a digital radiograph machine and will soon be acquiring blood analyzers.  No emergency service, although I can't guarantee a client won't track you down via social media (doesn't happen often).  I would prefer an applicant who enjoys surgery.  Alternating Saturdays until noon.  Salary negotiable depending on experience and schedule.
