What are Specialty Courses?
Specialty Courses involve a concentrated form of instruction that is taught in a progressive manner throughout the duration of the course. With each class session building upon the previous one, realization of goals and personal growth is determined by the effort you put forth. The Specialty Courses aspect of Healthy Lifestyles is one of only a few programs in which University Recreation welcomes both members and non-members to participate. However, each course has a limited number of spots available with registration on a first come, first serve basis.

NOTE: UREC reserves the right to cancel or modify courses.

You must be a UREC Member for the duration of the Specialty Course in which you are registered to receive the member rate.
