Grab an exclusive, personal locker to store all your recreational gear! UREC Lockers are fully accessible and centrally located allowing easy access to all activity spaces including the pool deck. The locker rooms include hand and swim suit dryers, accessible showers and bathroom facilities, and private showers.

Day Lockers
Day lockers are available in both the men’s and women’s locker rooms. These lockers are free to UREC members for same-day use only. Each member must provide his/her own lock. Locks are available to purchase at the UREC SRC Equipment Desk.
Any locks remaining on day lockers when the UREC Student Recreation Center closes will be cut-off, and any items remaining in the locker will be cleared. These items will become property of LSU University Recreation will be donated to charity if not claimed from the UREC SRC Equipment Desk within seven (7) days.

Locker Room renovation scheduled for November 19 through January 1.
In September 2008, the effects of Hurricane Gustav caused the Student Recreation Complex to be without electricity for 4 days. During this time, humidity levels in the facility increased and rust began to form on the lockers in the locker rooms, thus creating the need to replace all lockers during the upcoming renovation project.
UREC patrons will NOT have access to the men’s or women’s locker rooms, including the showers, restrooms, and saunas, while the locker rooms are under construction from November 19, 2009 through January 1, 2010. The locker rooms are scheduled to reopen on January 2, 2010.
Due to the shortened locker plan term, fall semester locker plans will be sold for $30 (a 25% discount off the regular semester cost). Those members with an annual locker plan, at the time of the closure, will be granted an additional 2 months onto the end of their current annual term.

Semester Locker Plans
|
|
Semester locker plans are sold during fall, spring, and summer. Semester locker plans are pro-rated at the mid-point of the Fall & Spring semesters. All lockers must be renewed or cleared by the semester expiration date. Should you elect not to renew your locker during the renewal period, please remove all locker contents and return the issued lock to Guest Services. Failure to clear the locker by the stated date will result in UREC staff clearing the locker and the assessment of a $10 service fee.

Annual Locker Plans
|
|
Annual Locker Plans are valid for one calendar-year (365 days) from the date of purchase. The locker must be renewed or cleared out by the day prior to the member’s anniversary date. Should you elect not to renew your locker during the renewal period, please remove all locker contents and return the issued lock to Guest Services. Failure to clear the locker by the stated date will result in UREC staff clearing the locker and the assessment of a $10 service fee.
Students are not eligible for an annual locker plan.

- Any individual wishing to rent a locker must possess a current UREC membership. UREC members must present a valid TigerCard or UREC membership card at time of purchase.
- With purchase of a semester or annual locker plan, each member will receive an assigned locker, combination, and corresponding expiration date.
- All lockers must be cleared out at the end of each rental period.
- An email notification will be sent to each member (provided an email address is on file with LSU UREC) one month prior to the expiration date. In addition, expiration notices will be posted on the lockers two weeks in advance of the end of each rental period.
- All lockers must be renewed or cleared by the semester or annual expiration date. Should you elect not to renew your locker during the renewal period, you are required to remove all locker contents and return the issued lock to Guest Services. Failure to clear the locker by the stated date will result in UREC staff clearing the locker and assessment of a $10 service fee.
- All property left in the locker will become the property of LSU University Recreation and will subsequently be donated to charity if not claimed from the UREC Equipment Desk within 30 days.
- All lockers are the exclusive property of LSU UREC and as such may, without prior notice, be opened for operational and/or maintenance purposes.
