t   Leagues & Tournaments One of the main objectives at LSU UREC is to make living a healthy lifestyle both easy and enjoyable. Intramural Sports make this goal easily achievable by giving the option of competition with a team of friends for the championships while simultaneously working out and relieving stress. Intramural Sports are competitive, yet fun, individual and team sports, such as flag football, soccer, basketball, and softball. Each team competes against other teams within the LSU community over the duration of the semester.
