Outdoor Basketball
Don’t let the damage from Hurricane Gustav restrict your ball-handling time. LSU UREC has converted three tennis courts to outdoor basketball complete with lines. Bring your friends; basketballs are available at the UREC Equipment Desk; pick-up games are a frequent event each afternoon and evening.

UREC Equipment Desk
With a diverse campus of individuals, LSU UREC strives to offer a variety of equipment for students and members to borrow while using LSU UREC facilities. Most of this equipment is offered free of charge and some have a nominal fee attached. All equipment is offered with the assumption that the borrower will return the equipment back in good condition; any damage incurred while the equipment is in the borrowers possession will be the responsibility of the borrower.

Sand Volleyball
Take a break from studying or enjoy a workout packed with memorable moments, sand volleyball courts are located in the UREC Student Recreation Field Complex and are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Tennis Court - Racquetball - Squash
Information / Reservation Line
LSU UREC members can reserve Tennis, Racquetball, or Squash courts up to 24 hours in advance by calling 225-578-8364 off campus or 8-8364 on campus. Racquets for each sport are available for check-out and balls, goggles, another various convenience items are on hand for purchase at the UREC Equipment Desk.

Table Tennis
Located on the second floor of the UREC Student Recreation Center, Table Tennis is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Paddles are available for check-out at the UREC Equipment Desk.

Outdoor Fields
A variety of multi-purpose fields as well as lined fields are available at both the UREC Student Recreation Complex and the UREC Sport & Adventure Complex for drop-in use by UREC members. From football, and Frisbee to Soccer and Softball, UREC members are welcome to enjoy the game of their choice when no previously scheduled activities (e.g. Intramural contests or Sport Club practice) are occupying that space. The UREC Equipment Desk offers a variety of equipment for check-out.
