UREC GroupX Reservations
UREC Online GroupX Reservation enables you to reserve a spot for any UREC GroupX class through an easy-to-use online system. In addition, students and UREC members are able to view in real-time when a limited # of spots are available in each class, if a class is full, and if a waitlist is provided.

CREATING AN ACCOUNT
Visit the UREC GroupX web page and click on the “Make a class reservation” link.
To create an account, click on the “Sign up” Link. If you have already created a user name and password click on Login.
Fill in the blanks provided (user name, password, etc.)
For LSU ISO, use the 16 digit number on your TigerCard located below the 89 number. This number must match exactly with our database. Please do not use the 17th digit after the dash.
If you are already registered with UREC IM Online please use that login and password.
If you do not have a valid TigerCard email lbreeden@lsu.edu to assist with creating an account.

RESERVE A SPOT IN A GROUPX CLASS
Online reservation will be open on the day of the class starting at 5:45 a.m. and will close at 4:00 p.m. If a class starts prior to 4:00 p.m., registration will close 30 MINUTES prior to the start of class.
Log-in to your UREC Online GroupX Reservation account.
When the class is open for registration, select the class you would want to register for and the desired session by clicking on the icon next to the designated GroupX class.
Click “Register” on the right hand side.
*NOTE: Pending indicates that are you registered for the class.
Registered participants must arrive to class 10 minutes in advance of the class to guarantee their spot in the class.

CANCELING A GROUPX RESERVATION
Please cancel out of your registration prior to the allotted times to avoid a penalty:
Classes prior to 4:00 p.m.: Cancel at least one hour prior to class start time
Evening classes after 4:00 p.m.: Cancel class reservation by 3 p.m.
How to cancel:
Log-in to your account.
Click on “My Classes” on the right hand side.
Click “X” which will remove you from the desired class.

NEGLECTING TO SHOW UP FOR A GROUPX CLASS YOU REGISTERED FOR
If you cannot make a class, we ask that you cancel your reservation allowing another participant into the class. If you do not cancel your reservation, the following action will be taken:
First offense: Email warning
Second offense: Email warning
Third Offense: Participant will be blocked from Online GroupX class reservation for two weeks.

NAVIGATING THE UREC ONLINE GROUPX RESERVATION WEBSITE
MY ACCOUNT – Will enable you to change your username, password, name, and email.
MY PROFILE – Update your name and email address
SHOPPING CART – No financial transactions are available online, this feature is not active.
ACTIVE CLASSES - Loads the page that lists all the classes currently open for registration, including descriptions and registration dates. You can register for classes from this page.
UPCOMING CLASSES - Loads the page that lists all classes that will be open for registration in the future.The description and registration dates for the classes will be shown on this page.
MY CLASSES - Loads a page listing all classes that you have signed up for. You can cancel any registrations.
