Cycle Interval Cycle your way through rides alternating between intervals of jumps, climbs, and isolations. A moderate to intense cardiovascular workout that is sure to get your heart rate up and legs moving.
Step & Kick This class provides a cardio workout combining two of your favorite classes, step and kickboxing. Come work up a sweat and feel the burn!
CARDIO/STRENGTH 3.2.1 Blast Rev up that metabolism with this continuous cardiovascular and strength endurance workout. 3-2-1 Blast consists of 3 minutes of cardio to 2 minutes of strength training to 1 minute of core exercises. Doing short bursts of exercise kicks up the intensity and will offer a unique workout.
30/20/10 Thirty minutes of cardio, twenty minutes of resistance training, and ten minutes of flexibility training, all combined for a complete workout. What more could you ask for? Cardio each week is the instructor’s choice so come and mix it up!
Boxing 101 Learn the basics of boxing including correct stance, standard punching combinations and essential defensive/offensive techniques while also incorporating traditional exercises and cardio intervals. No boxing experience is required.

Cycle Resistance This class combines 30 minutes of cycle with 20 minutes of strength using resistance bands to challenge the entire body.

Triple Threat Cardio, strength and core combined in this one hour-long class to get your heart pumping. This class will consist of 20 minutes of cardio, 20 minutes of strength training, and 20 of core and stretching.
DANCE Modern Dance A more relaxed form of dance, explores movement, space, rhythm and the dancer’s own creativity with emphasizes on momentum, shapes and patterns. This form of dance is inspired by nature, music, art, and human emotions. No previous dance experience is required.

MIND & BODY Gentle Yoga Nothing can be as demanding and draining as a stressful day. Luckily, there are many remedies, including Gentle Yoga, which will reduce stress while building your body. This meditative and relaxing form of Hatha yoga facilitates the fusion of flexibility and functional strength.
