LSU’s Larry Crumbley Recognized for Outstanding Career
BATON ROUGE – Even as he prepares for retirement, LSU Department of Accounting KPMG LLP Professor Larry Crumbley continues to be recognized for his achievements and contributions. The latest such recognition comes from the Pfeiffer University Department of Accounting and Fraud Investigation, which honored Crumbley for his outstanding career service in the field of forensic and investigative accounting.
After he opened a conference, titled “Pfeiffer University Fraud and Forensic Investigations: Lessons Learned from the Experts,” the university’s department of accounting and fraud investigation presented Crumbley with the recognition award.
“I was incredibly humbled by this honor,” Crumbley said. “One of the local television stations, WFAE, even featured me on its ‘Charlotte Talks’ program.”
The Department of Accounting at LSU’s E. J. Ourso College of Business strives for excellence in teaching, research and service to the accounting profession.
