LSU Continuing Education Hosting Leadership U Camp
BATON ROUGE – LSU Continuing Education’s Leadership U is a one-week residential camp on campus, beginning Monday, July 15, designed to excite and inspire high school students entering the tenth through twelfth grades to learn about themselves and their impact on others, and to explore their roles in the world at large. They will experience college life and put knowledge into practice through goal setting, team building, and leadership activities.
Half the students attending Leadership U are from Louisiana and half are from other states. Other states represented are Tennessee, California, Texas, Florida, Maryland, Georgia, Connecticut, Mississippi, Michigan and New Jersey.
As part of the camp, students will do service work in the Baton Rouge area.
