LSU Honors College Graduates 16 Students at December Commencement
BATON ROUGE – The LSU Honors College graduated 16 students at the university’s 279th commencement exercises on Friday, Dec. 14.
The Honors College gave special recognition to the students who participated in a specific honors program and successfully completed and defended an undergraduate thesis.
The following students, listed by hometown, graduated with College Honors, completing a minimum of 32 hours of honors coursework including the upper-division honors program:
Lafayette:
- Kyrie A. Deslatte, B.S., kinesiology
Shreveport:
- Rachel Jeanne Zavecz, B.A., English
The following students graduated with the Upper Division Honors Distinction for completing the upper-division honors program:
Port Allen:
- Kristen Monique Carroll, B.A., political science
Kathmandu, Nepal:
- Suroj Shrestha, B.S., computer science
