LSU Recognizes 404 Honor Graduates at Commencement

BATON ROUGE – A total of 404 students graduated with academic honors at LSU’s 277th commencement exercises on Friday, May 18.

Students with grade-point averages between 3.90 and 4.0 graduated summa cum laude. Those with averages of 3.80 to 3.89 graduated magna cum laude, and those with averages between 3.70 and 3.79 graduated cum laude.

The names of honor graduates for May 2012 are posted online on LSU’s commencement website at http://www.lsu.edu/commencement. The direct link to the list is at http://www.lsu.edu/commencement/honorgrads.html.  This list includes honor graduates who have authorized the release of their names.
