The LSU Stephenson Entrepreneurship Institute celebrated the third annual LSU 100: Fastest Growing Tiger Businesses on Friday, April 26, during an Honoree Luncheon at the Crowne Plaza Hotel. Craig Cordes, co-founder and Tiger leader of Cordina New Orleans Cocktails, was honored with the number one 2013 LSU 100: Fastest Growing Tiger Business. Students, staff and faculty participated in beautification projects across campus during LSU’s annual Spring Greening Day to encourage a sense of pride and ownership in the university’s campus – one of the most beautiful campuses in the country – and also educate volunteers about ongoing sustainability efforts and proper recycling procedures. The LSU Residential College Complex held a crawfish boil event on Monday, April 29. Students were treated to a crawfish boil and inflatables at the LSU Residential College Complex, which includes the engineering, business, global connections and mass communication residential colleges.
