LSU's new Business Education Complex features two wings - undergraduate and graduate - that feature 22 radial and case-style tiered classrooms designed for discussion and learning, and are equipped with the latest in audio-visual equipment. LSU's new Business Education Complex features a rotunda that is home to E. J. Ourso College of Business student services, professional programs, institutes and administration. LSU's Memorial Tower was paid for by the American Legion of Louisiana and given to the university as a memorial to Louisianians who gave their lives during World War I.
LSU is finalizing plans to raise funds to renovate the Memorial Tower to house the LSU Military Museum reflecting the university's military history and heritage including LSU's first president Gen. William Tecumseh Sherman and former president Gen. Troy H. Middleton. The LSU Memorial Tower was dedicated in 1926 in memory of Louisiana soldiers and sailors who died in World War I.
