LSU’s School of the Coast & Environment signed a Memorandum of Understanding with River Parishes Community College, or RPCC, on April 5 facilitating transfer for RPCC associate degree students who would like to continue their studies to attain a bachelor’s degree at LSU. In ceremonies at the Lod Cook Alumni Center on March 30, eight LSU alumni were inducted into the Alumni Association's Hall of Distinction, including scholar, author and international business consultant John S. Butler (far right), the Alumnus of the Year, and Dallas Cowboys linebacker Bradie James (far left), the Young Alumnus of the Year. LSU's annual Digital Media Fest is a celebration of the university's undergraduate students who are producing intellectual and creative work using digital media, in and out of the classroom.
