LSU’s Department of Theatre and Swine Palace held a master class with Academy Award-winning actress Olympia Dukakis on Wednesday, Sept. 21. Dukakis trained one-on-one with eight LSU Theatre students – four LSU Theatre undergraduates and four LSU Theatre Master of Fine Arts Professional Actor Training students. LSU hosted "Do Deutsch!" week events from Sept. 20-22, which included a German game night. The evening featured fun games and activities with no language skills required. LSU's "Do Deutsch!" Week events kicked off at LSU's annual Study Abroad Fair in the Union's Royal Cotillion Ballroom. Students, staff and faculty members were able to get a snapshot with famous Germans at the fair.
LSU held its annual Study Abroad Fair on Tuesday, Sept. 20, and Wednesday, Sep. 21. The fair offers students, parents, staff and faculty members the opportunity to explore all programs LSU has to offer. The LSU Alumni Association hosts the Senior Celebration, a two-day event when graduating seniors can purchase their cap and gown, class ring, diploma cover, senior portraits and other necessities for their big day.
