Entergy and LSU launched the state’s first major foray into the electric vehicle market on July 6 when Entergy unveiled two new electric vehicle car chargers that were installed on LSU’s campus. During Freshman Orientation, Advising and Pre-registration, LSU Ambassadors teach campus traditions and introduce the spirit and the pride of LSU during the two-day sessions. Incoming freshmen must participate in one of the Freshman Orientation, Advising and Pre-registration sessions throughout the summer, where they can learn about LSU’s services and resources.
Incoming LSU students meet with orientation leaders, who are members of the LSU Ambassadors, during lunch at the 459 Commons. At Freshman Orientation, Advising and Pre-registration, incoming students can test for college credit, meet with an academic adviser to plan their first semester and schedule for classes. During the lunch meeting at the 459 Commons, student receive and learn how to read their placement profiles and also learn how to schedule for classes.
