Each university is encouraged to create a 3-5 minute video presentation explaining three to four initiatives that were successfully completed in the Fall of 2016 and Spring of 2017. In addition, please mention two to three new initiatives planned for the 2017-2018 Academic Year.
Surveys sent out earlier in the semester provided useful information on the structure of each SEC student government. Those results will be shared electronically prior to the conference. Because of this, students/advisors are encouraged to not include the structure or hierarchy of their respected student government in the video. Instead, describe and honor the accomplishments from the 2016-2017 school year and the upcoming new initiatives that are currently being planned.
Video presentations should be uploaded to Youtube and the link to the video should be emailed to email@example.com no later than July 14 so they can be tested on LSU equipment at various locations.
