    Prefiling & Filing:

    Application:  The Pre-filing / Filing Form is now on TigerLink. To access the form, please follow these steps:
    1. Login to TigerLink.

    1. Set up an individual account. Skip this step if you have a TigerLink account.
    2. Click here to go to the Pre-filing Form. Click here to go to the Filing Form.
    3. Click "Next" to complete all four pages of the application.
    4. Click "Submit for Approval" to send to the Election Board.

    If you do not follow the steps in this order, the application will be in a "Pending" status and will not be seen by the Election Board.

    If you do not complete the entire application, it will be denied and you will be required to add additional information and resubmit.
