Week 1: October 2-6

  • October 2:  Ticket Registration Opens
  • October 2-3:  Pre-filing Opens 10/2/17 at 9 AM -- Closes 10/3/17 at 4:30 PM
  • October 4-6:  Filing Opens 10/4/17 at 9 AM -- Closes 10/6/17 at 4:30 PM

Week 2: October 9-13

  • October 9: 
    • Posting of Qualified Candidates
    • Mandatory Meeting for Senate Candidates -- Option 1: 3:00 to 4:00 PM, Career Center Classroom (256J)
  • October 12: Mandatory Meeting for Senate Candidates -- Option 2: 12:00 to 1:00 PM, Career Center Classroom (256J)
  • October 13:  Ticket Registration Closes

Week Off:  October 16-20 - No Election Activities - Fall Break

Week 3: October 23-27

  • October 23-27:  Active Campaigning

Week 4: October 30 - November 3

  • October 30:  General Election Via Moodle
  • October 31:  Financial & Monetary Contribution Reports due by 10:00 AM
  • November 1:
    • Complaints due by 4:30 PM
    • General Election Results Announced -- Live Oak Lounge at 4:00 PM
  • November 2:  Validation of General Election Results
  • November 2-3:  Active Campaigning for Run-off Election

Week 5: November 6-9

  • November 6:  Run-off Elections Via Moodle
  • November 7:  Financial & Monetary Contribution Reports due by 10:00 AM
  • November 8:
    • Complaints due by 4:30 PM
    • Run-off Election Results will be announced via email to run off candidates
  • November 9:  Validation of Run-off Election Results
