Department Exhibitor Information

LSU Fall Fest 2012 is a unique opportunity for your department, division, or senior college to inform students about the opportunities and services you provide. We hope that you will consider hosting a booth.

There are limited tables available for LSU Fall Fest 2012, and there is a limit of one table per department, division, or senior college. Priority will be given to those exhibits that are more creative and interactive, as an exhibit that combines entertainment with information will ultimately be a more memorable one for the audience.

Due to the limited number of tables, non-academic campus departments are encouraged to combine with offices in their department when reserving a space. All exhibitors will be notified via e-mail with specific instructions about check-in and table location.

Exhibit Compliance

All exhibit requests will be reviewed by the LSU Fall Fest Committee to ensure giveaways and activities comply with LSU policy statement PS-19 and PUR522. All exhibitors will be notified of their compliance status and LSU Fall Fest location with the September 9 memo.

Sustainability

The LSU Fall Fest Committee hopes your department joins us in making this a “green” LSU Fall Fest by replacing flyers with display boards and collecting e-mail addresses instead of individual paper registration forms. Bins for recycling and composting will be available when you tear down your exhibit. Please encourage and educate LSU Fall Fest attendees to use these recycling areas.
